We offer a yearly management/rentals service agreement via our rental partner. This is a yearly agreement with a one off payment or monthly payments by standing order. This then enables you to leave your property in safe hands.

The most important detail is that we do a twice monthly property check & more if required due to bad weather etc... A checklist is completed and kept on record, if we come across any problems we contact the owner immediately. We arrange qualified maintenance men/woman should any problems arise.
